In order to help you plan your company’s participation at Seatrade Middle East Maritime, we have designed this Exhibitor Manual that will provide you with all the information you require for a successful exhibition.

Listed below are points of awareness we feel will enable you to achieve this:

• Please appoint one person as a Co-ordinator.

• Plan your participation in advance.

• The manual is divided into two sections: Information (show information, Rules & Regulations) and Action (order forms).

• Please read the Information section carefully, this contains all the information needed, including a list of contact telephone numbers, Exhibition timetable and listed deadline dates for all the order forms.

• Complete and return the order forms in the action section, well in advance of the final deadline.

• Circle Exhibition Services are our appointed contractors; their Service Information Manual is enclosed.  Special rates will be offered to all exhibitors for purpose built stands. Reply directly to their appointed co-ordinator, for your stand fitting and electrical requirements.

• Milton Trans Middle East LLC are our appointed freight forwarders, their Service Information Manual is enclosed.
