The registration fee covers relevant conference sessions, refreshments, lunch on the day of the session(s), social programme, and available documentation. A two year subscription to Seatrade magazine starting with Issue 5.
Exhibitors registering for the conference will receive a 10% discount on all rates.
Registered delegates will also have access to the exhibition on all three days, free of charge with their delegate badge.

Registering with payment by cheque
If you are registering for the conference and paying by company cheque or bank transfer, please complete the online registration form and leave the payment section blank. On receipt of the submitted form an invoice will be raised.
Delegate Badges
Confirmation will be sent to delegates upon receipt of registration. One week before the event, a fast track pass will be sent to pre-registered delegates by email. Please bring this to the pre-registered delegate desk at the event to collect your badge. If you do not bring this pass you will need to provide your registration confirmation and business identification when collecting your badge.
Official carrier
As official carrier for Seatrade Middle East Maritime, Emirates are pleased to extend special fares for delegates. The promotion code will be sent directly to the delegate along with confirmation of delegate registration.
