Holman Fenwick Willan is a global law firm, advising on all aspects of international commerce. From the inception of the business idea, through to advising on risk management, business strategy and financing, we cover the whole life-cycle of business.

The firm has developed a reputation worldwide for excellence and innovation in the following core sectors over its 126-year history: commodities, energy, oil and gas, finance, insurance and reinsurance, shipping and transport. With 11 offices, covering Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia, HFW has one of the largest international arbitration, commercial litigation and dispute resolution practices of its kind.

HFW Dubai opened in February 2006. It is currently staffed by 14 lawyers, who have cumulative experience of over 50 years working in the Middle East. Overall, there are 24 staff in the office and their nationalities reflect the multicultural mix that inhabits Dubai and is further reinforced by eleven languages being spoken. The office operates successfully all over the Middle East, as well as providing a base for other HFW offices to support clients in the region. It has therefore built a reputation as being a leader in its field, advising as it does, many of the leading organisations in the region that are involved in our core sectors.

Ed Newitt, HFW Dubai's Managing Partner, and Rula Dajani, the Head of the Corporate, Projects and Finance Group in the office, are the primary contacts.
