On 4th March 2010, Mr. Yudhishthir Khatau received the “Young Entrepreneur of the Year” award at the Shipping, Marine & Ports 2010 Leadership and Excellence Awards Function held in Mumbai, India, in recognition of his contribution at the national and international level, to the shipping industry at a young age. On 18th May, 2009, Mr.Yudhishthir D Khatau, received the "Seatrade Young person in Shipping- 2009" award at the 21st Seatrade Award Ceremony, held at London. This award is presented to a young individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the industry. On 29th September 2008, Mr Yudhishthir Khatau was awarded the “Entrepreneur of the Year” at the India Shipping Summit. This is awarded to an individual for showing exceptional vision and courage in the development of his or her business, attracting attention from beyond the maritime sector. On 30th October 2007, Mr. Khatau was awarded the “Policy Maker of the Year” at the India Shipping Summit. This award being independently judged by a panel of business leaders is presented to a Government representative at national or state level, or an individual of influence whose contribution has had a beneficial effect on the Indian maritime policy. On 8th November, 2006, Mr. Yudhishthir Khatau was awarded the prestigious "Personality of the Year" Award at the Lloyd's List Middle East and Indian Subcontinent Awards 2006 Function held in Dubai. This award is bestowed on the person whose performance and business conduct, in the eyes of the judges, has stood head and shoulders above all others in Middle East/Indian Subcontinent maritime circles.
