Possess significant years of experience working with major companies and clients in the maritime, shipping and oil & gas industries. Performed and managed all aspects of prime proficiency in maritime management to include but not limited to fleet operations, marine and technical, claims / insurance handling, P&I matters, chartering, shipping agencies, bunkering operations, in depth knowledge in handling / operations of multi – purpose vessels, Ro/RO, container, tanker vessels and supply boats.

Currently working with Department of Transport (DoT) as Director – Maritime sector, covering the following areas of work:
Strategy, policy, regulation, safety, maritime and ports development, environment, performance management and all matters related to the maritime sector.

Worked for Qatar Petroleum at North Field industrial complex of Ras Laffan; managed Ras Laffan port and supported the fastest growing natural gas development by prudent and comprehensive contracts, ensuring high level of synergy through joint facility sharing agreements among major stakeholders by chairing the operation committee. I also managed all port operations, port expansion projects and all related contracts.

Worked with APSCO-ExxonMobil as Marine Fuel General Manager and was responsible for marine lube sales in the area.

Worked with Barwil Agencies as Shipping and Operation General Manager and managed all shipping operations and related agency services covering all marine activities in Dammam, Jubail and Ras Tanura ports.

Worked for Dena Marine and handled all operations contracts, coordinated cargo loading and discharging and managed all marine operations.

Worked for Sudan Shipping Line as a Cadet, 3rd, 2nd, Chief Mate and Marine Inspector covering all responsibilities required by each of these positions.
